Junge Leidenschaft trifft auf stilistische Vielschichtigkeit
Der junge, aufstrebende Live- und Studiodrummer nimmt mit 8 Jahren den ersten Schlagzeugunterricht und beginnt mit 15 Jahren stellvertretend Schlagzeug zu unterrichten. Nach Schulabschluss entscheidet er sich Profidrummer zu werden.
Gerade mal 17-jährig gewinnt er vor zwei Jahren das dritte Mal in Folge den Schweizerischen Drummer- und Percussionisten-Wettbewerb.
Nach Abschluss des Vorbereitungskurses an der WIAM JazzPopRock Akademie in Winterthur konnte Alain bereits diesen Juni das 4-jährige Berufsstudium zum professionellen Schlagzeuger und Schlagzeuglehrer an der Dante Agostini Drum School Paris/Olten abschliessen (Diplom Supérieur mit Bestnote "Premier prix avec félicitation"). Dort ohne Matura oder abgeschlossene Berufslehre aufgenommen zu werden, ist aussergewöhnlich und zeugt vom Ausnahmetalent des jungen Musikers. Nun absolviert Alain noch Kurse für das Profidiplom am drum department in Stuttgart.
Bis heute spielte er mit verschiedenen Künstlern, hatte diverse Konzerte sowie Soloauftritte im In- und Ausland (u.a. mit der jamaikanischen Sängerin Terry Lynn und der Schweizer Pop-Band TinkaBelle) und übernimmt Aufträge als Studiodrummer.

Passionate youth meets stylistic complexity
This up-and-coming live and studio drummer started playing the drums at the age of 8 and by the time he was 15 was giving lessons of his own. After completing his formal education, he decided to become a professional drummer.
Two years ago, at the age of 17, he won the Swiss Drum and Percussion award for the third consecutive year.
After the preparatory course at the WIAM JazzPopRock Academy in Winterthur, Alain completed the 4-year education as a professional drummer and drum teacher at the Dante Agostini Drum School Paris-Olten. To be accepted into such a program without a Matura is unusual and testifies to the exceptional talent of this young musician. Currently, Alain is taking courses at the drum department in Stuttgart.
He has also played solo as well as with various artists on stages at home and abroad (e.g. with Jamaican singer Terry Lynn and Swiss pop band TinkaBelle).
